Processing Time

All items are custom-made to order. Production times vary depending on the product, design complexity, and order quantity.

  • Standard Custom Orders: 7–14 business days

  • Bulk Orders (10+ items): 10–21 business days

  • Embroidery Orders: 7–14 business days

  • DTF Transfers: 3–7 business days

  • Rush Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee.

Production time begins after artwork approval (if applicable) and payment has been received.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Local Delivery (select Delaware ZIP codes)

  • Local Pickup (when available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available in select Delaware areas.

  • Delivery Fee: $10

  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after production is complete

  • Customers will be contacted via phone, text, or email to coordinate delivery when necessary.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Delays may occur.

  • L. Nicole Designz & Embroidery LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, L. Nicole Designz & Embroidery LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Bulk & Business Orders

Large orders may require additional production and shipping time.

Customers will be notified if their order requires an extended turnaround time.

Holiday & Peak Season Orders

During holidays, graduation season, back-to-school season, and other high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
